Preparing for re-entry

Good morning,

Yesterday was such a nice day. Once again I got to spend quality time with my wife kids and STL family. The morning started off with my usual coffee, breakfast and my writing. Then I proceed to go work out. By noon I was energized and felt accomplished. The weekends are beginning to feel real good with out alcohol. People are asking me if I’m going to continue not drinking. It’s a good question that I don’t know the answer to. I know I don’t feel the need to drink, I really don’t miss it. My 30 day challenge is almost complete and it’s a good feeling. I have now almost completed two challenges and I am excited to think of my next challenge.

I was thinking about maybe getting more organized with my life. I want to clean out all the old stuff that I don’t need or use. I want to create space for new things. I want to continue to feel lighter and I think this new potential challenge will help me. Are you organized? What tricks or tools can you share with me. I would love to hear about them. There are some books that I’ve looked into reading to help me. Speaking of books, I just recently finished another book called Carry On Warrior. I have to tell you it’s a great book.

Today I’m focusing on re-entry after a nice holiday weekend. I’m getting ready to take a road trip with my wife and kids back to chicago. Last night we had a lovely double date with my brother and sitter in law. We hardly ever get to do that. It’s nice to have time to reconnect.

Today will be a challenge but the little moments that we had this weekend will help us get home and be ready to get back to reality. Remember the happy moments and they will help you through your day.

Looking forward to creating more family moments today.

Positivity matters remember that!

Moments matter! Make some great moments today!
