Today I have realized I’m more connected to my iPhone than I am to my own life. I feel that many people are realizing that they also suffer from this. What can I do disconnect my self from this bad habit? I want to make a commitment and share it with others. That’s how I think I can make this happen. I want to limit my mobile device use. I want to make a vow not to use my phone from the hours of 7-10pm to start. For the next thirty days, I’m going to run an experiment to limit my mobile device use. I’m going to document my progress every day and share what I experience. This should be interesting. I have a feeling that I will start really living…… TBD.
